29/04/11 Patron System. AT 16.00/20.00 in Patká

Part of our work is deal with the orphanage childre. We want to go out
with them to socialize them with other children and youngsters out from
their surroundings. Thats why we have with them some plans, for example
this 29th of april we will learn how make cheese.

29/04/11 to 30/04/11 During one day in Gárdony

Our friends from orphanage, after make cheese, they will spend one night
in our yurta. We will cook together, we will know how make fire, we will make
some games… But the most important, we will have a diferent evenings with
them.

30/04/11 SPORT SATURDAY, from 15.30/18.00 in Parkerdő, Agart

We will play Meta, hungarian game, and we will practise a lot of diferent
sports like football. There will be youngsters from the orphanage and
youngsters from abroad. If you want don,t hesitate and join with us.

01/05/11 BUILDING A RAMPALAZ, A SKATE PARK, at 14.00 in Gárdony

Our friend from France, Max, has his own project: Building a skate park; It is
called Rampalaz. A lot of yougsters who love this sport came to help him
with the construction. If you are skater and you want to contribute with
the project, you are invited to come here.

02/05/11 to 09/05/11 GLOBALITATION; REACT TO THE CHANGE (youth Exchange) during 8 days in Balinka

A youth Exchange is a non formal education knowledge. People from
diferents part of Europe are going to came to spend a funny time and
to try to learn a bit more about our society. We will try to go deeply in this topic
in a funny way. We will make a lot of games and we will visit some place which we
will gave us a background about the globalization.

05/05/11 to 14/05/11 HEALT IS YOUR WEALTH (Y outh Exchange) during 10 days in Dinnyés

In our world the healthy life style should be the most important.
People from diferent countries will come to Hungary to find a new way
to take care of their life. They will eat healthy and local food, they will practise
ioga, they will do sports, they will know some orphanage children and they will do
a lot of activities in connection with this topic.

19/05/11 Club in Székesfehérvér’s Orphanage at 15.30 until 18.00 in Székesfehérvár

Every week we go to Székesfehérvár Orphanage to have a weekly club.
We play some games with the kids and we go to the playground to get to
know another children. During two hours and a half we try to have fu. If you
think you can contribute in our Club, just write us. We are sure you will enjoy so
much like we do.

20/05/11 Patron System at 15.30/19.00 in Valence

We will spend one afternoon in Valence lake
with our friends from the orphanage. First at all we will swing a bit
on the lake and we will make same games. All of you can join with us!

FILM CLUB

The last friday, 22 of april we organized a film club with our friends from the orphange, Villy and Zsannet.
We watched Harry Potter, the first film and, the most important, we spent a really nice time together. We showed them our place, we watched the movie and, finally, we went to the lake to finish our afternoon. At 7.00 o’clock they went back home while they were eating an ice cream.
So, everything was perfect.

building a skate park

The las sunday 17th of april Max, our volunteer from France started the construction of his own project, building a skate park. Max and Nagy Akos gave instructions to the people and everything was going on quite well. A lot of skaters were here helping them with the project. Here you can see some pics about this day.

The last saturday 16 th of April we went to Parkerdo to play same games like Meta, a traditional hungarian game.Bakos Istvan is the leader in ours saturdays with sport and all the people eho want learn this game can join us. We want to do this activitie every saturday at 15.00 p.m. The last time, our friends from the orphanage join with us to spent a really nice time. We also played football and volleyball. Here you can see some pics.

The last 15th of april in Gardony, we went to celebrate the Eastern Week, with our friends, Mark and Zsanett, a very important event in Hungary. All the children participe creating some handicraff, dancing traditional folk music and playing some games. Our friends enjoyed a lot this day and here there some pics about this day.

Strange things happens in Hungary (CHAPTER TWO)

The last wednesday, 13th of april, we had the opportunity to meet Reindl Ancsa. She was riding by bike around hungary to promote the volunteering. She is working in Közöd NGO, wich is working to promote the democracy projects and the equal opportunities between people. She has been in all the cities around the country, so she was in Gárdony as well. Her idea is tell to the people that all of us can support some project, and the most important, all of us can help to each other.

Strange things happens in Hungary (CHAPTER ONE)

In our hungarian life Parno Graszt is a very important music band. We play their music in our exchanges or trainnings; we listen to their songs at our parties and we love their style. This band is formed by a gipsy family, who play traticional and new songs. Thanks to them, we have known more about Hungary`s culture and traditions.

Our story with them started when we met the singer, József Olá, at a film club. He was very kind with us and he invited us to his little village, called Paszab, it is located in eastern Hungary, near to Ukraine.

So, last weekend, friday 8th and saturday 9th of April, we visited them we spent a really nice time with Parno Graszt. We were living with them in their house, we got to know their life, we dance with them, we play with them and we went to see them play in a concert in Budapest. Here are some pictures about our great time. I hope you enjoy them just like we did.

FLOWER`S FESTIVAL

The spring is here.

That’s why we were in flower’s festival, a nice party for the children where they calebrate the new season. We made some handicraft and we were making up the children.
Specially for us important time is comming; We have two youth exchange, some friends and family will visit us and, finally, we will enjoy the lake, Valence.
We had fun, almost like the children, and we want share with you our day.

HIKING WITH VÁMOSI AKOS

The last wednesday 23th 2011 Életművész Ifjúsági Egyesület organized a hiking around Parkerdő, in Agard (Hungary).
Our leader was Vámosi Akos and he used the drama tecnic to spend a funny and diferent day. We used the story of The Lord of the Ring. Each participant had a roll (the wizard, the musician, the killer, the wicked) and we had to act their role during all day. There were two teams and each of them had to pass certain test to win the prize. We spend a really nice day in contact with the nature and having fun time. In the next pic you will see a bit of our day.

HEALTH IS YOUR WEALTH EPV

During 18th, 19th and 20th march 2011 Életművész Ifjúsági Egyesület organized the EPV of “Health is your wealth” Youth Exchage. During 3 days the leaders of the diferent countries, who will participate in the youth exchange, started to get contact with the topic and with us. We spoke about the activities and workshops that we will do in the Youth Exchange. We also show them the place where we will make the workshops and the activities. We spend a busy but very nice weekend
